Return & Refund Policy – Actifyz
At Actifyz™, we aim to deliver a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Since we operate as a multi-brand marketplace, all products are shipped directly from each brand’s official warehouse.
Return, replacement, and refund eligibility depends on the respective brand’s policies.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return only under the following conditions:
✔ You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
✔ A major functional issue is identified on first use (for smart devices / electronics)
✔ Items or parts are missing from the delivered package
To qualify:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals & tags.

Clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the issue must be submitted at the time of raising the request — this is mandatory for all brands.
Once your request is submitted, we forward it to the brand for verification and approval.
2. Non-Returnable Categories
For hygiene, safety, and brand regulations, the following cannot be returned unless delivered damaged/defective:

Wearables & smart rings

Fitness accessories (mats, bottles, gloves, etc.)

Products marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page

Customized or special-order items
-
Bundled offers / free gifts
Electric cycles and smart electronic devices follow the brand’s technical inspection and return approval process.
3. Return Review & Approval Process
After you submit a request:

Our team verifies the details and forwards it to the brand partner.

The brand may request additional photos/videos to validate the issue.

A technician inspection (virtual or physical) may be required for electronic items.

Approval or rejection of the return is based entirely on the brand’s quality check.
No return or refund can be processed without brand authorization.
If approved, the brand will arrange a reverse pickup or instruct you on how to send the product back.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed only:

After the brand receives and inspects the product, and
-
After the brand confirms eligibility for a refund
Refund timeline:

5–7 working days after approval & QC clearance

Refund will be issued to the original mode of payment or as store credit, depending on what is applicable
Shipping, installation, service, or convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Replacements
If the issue is approved by the brand and stock is available:

A replacement unit may be provided

If stock is unavailable, you may choose another product or opt for a refund (as permitted by the brand)
6. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch
If you cancel before dispatch, cancellation is usually possible unless it is a made-to-order item.
After Dispatch
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may raise a return request only if the product is eligible as per the conditions above.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the mentioned timeline:

Check with your bank/UPI/wallet provider
