Cancellation Policy - Actifyz
We understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for orders placed on Actifyz.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can request the cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.
To cancel an order:

Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID, and

Our support team will confirm the cancellation status.
If approved:

Refunds (if applicable) are initiated within 3–5 working days,

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Razorpay / card / UPI / wallet).
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched from the brand’s warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
You may still be eligible for a return under our Return & Refund Policy if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Products Not Eligible for Cancellation
Certain categories cannot be cancelled once the order is placed, including:

Products marked as Non-cancellable on the product page

Smart devices, wearables, and accessories once dispatched

Any item customized or made-to-order (if applicable)
4. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver the order after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to the warehouse.
Refunds (where applicable) are processed once the product reaches back and passes QC.
