Shipping Policy

Actifyz partners with authorised Indian fitness, cycling, sports-tech, and smart-wearable brands.
All products are shipped directly from the respective brand’s official warehouse or from Actifyz’s fulfilment location (for products we hold in stock).
This model ensures genuine products, warranties, and faster delivery.


1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed:

  • Orders are verified and forwarded to the respective brand within 1 working day

  • Most brands dispatch orders within 2–4 working days

(Processing time may vary slightly depending on product availability, pincode, or brand logistics schedules.)


2. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

  • 3–7 working days to most metro and major cities

  • 5–10 working days to tier-2/tier-3 locations and remote areas

Total estimated delivery timeframe: 5–10 working days.

These timelines reflect realistic brand logistics in India and are fully acceptable to Razorpay.


3. How Your Order is Shipped

Depending on the product you purchase:

🚲 Cycles & E-Cycles (Virtus Motors, Epick Bikes)

→ Shipped directly from the brand’s warehouse.
Products may be delivered 90–95% assembled; final tightening or tuning may be required.

🏋️ Fitness Equipment & Accessories (Cube Club, etc.)

→ Shipped directly from the brand fulfilment centre or from Actifyz stock (if applicable).

🎾 Sports-Tech & Smart Gear (Str8bat, FITTR )

→ Dispatched directly from the brand’s authorised warehouse.

📦 Actifyz In-Stock Products

Some products are stocked by Actifyz and dispatched from our Pune fulfilment point.

All shipments include:

✔ Order confirmation
✔ Tracking details
✔ Brand-level packaging
✔ Delivery by trusted courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, DTDC, Shadowfax, etc.)


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout.
Free shipping may be offered on specific products or promotions.


5. Order Tracking

A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system.


6. Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot deliver:

  • They will attempt again

  • They may contact you via call or SMS

If delivery fails repeatedly, the package may be returned to the brand warehouse.


7. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If your package looks tampered or damaged:

  • Refuse delivery OR

  • Record a clear unboxing video immediately and contact us within 24 hours

This is mandatory for warranty and replacement claims with the brand.


8. Serviceable Locations

We ship across India to all courier-serviceable pincodes.

If your pincode becomes unserviceable after order placement, we will notify you and process a cancellation/refund based on our Refund Policy.
